A mass majority of individuals awaken every day:
· wash up.
· Eat breakfast
· Go to work
· Eat lunch
· Come home
· Eat dinner
· Later on consume misc…beer, pop, chips, etc…
· Go to sleep
And then back to the beginning. Most people are on a tread mill. Throughout the process we don’t pay attention to the quality of what we eat or drink. If it taste good or make you feel good, usually it’s not good for you.
All that we don’t pay attention to could be hurting us, but it’s so slow a process that we won’t acknowledge it until we fall sick. And also even when sick we tend to say “That’s not the problem”, when deep inside our thoughts you know it’s at least part of the problem if not all of it.
