Tips when lifting weights 4 enhancing your health
Lifting weights is very beneficial 4 your health depending on your goals and are you going about it the right way. I have the feeling that I didn't write that first sentence right. I'll just explain what I do 4 fitness with weights.
- I use 50 lbs. on the bar doing bench presses, high repetition like 5 sets of 20, 10/ 10 or maybe 2 sets of 25.
- Arm curls,again lite with high reps.
- Make sure u drink plenty of water.We don’t want dehydration.
I'm on cardio a lot, exercise bike, elliptical, etc... Again plenty of water after your workout.
Don't over do things, have a set routine. The lite weights/ high reps. is to build strength.
Heavy weights/low reps. is 4 bulk/size.
Plus with lite weights there's less chance of injury. Best practice is 2 have some1 with u just n case. U never know when help is needed, easy.
