Why the Importance of Physical Fitness in Today’s World Is Much Greater Than You Think!

If you think the importance of physical fitness in today's world isn't very high, think again. There may be many things you're not realizing. Here we discourse about mainly world fitness

For some reason or another, our world keeps getting fatter. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's true. Obesity is growing at an alarming rate and even kids are fat these days. It's so sad to see and I wish I could help more than I can.

Anyway, the importance of physical fitness goes way beyond just being healthy. Obviously that's the most important part, but there are many other aspects to it as well. For example, if a 300 pound person and a 150 pound person went in for a job interview and all other things were equal, who do you think would get the job?
The 150 pound person!
This is because employers (even if they don't want to admit it) look at you and wonder how long you're going to stay with the company. If you're 300 pounds (assuming it's fat and you're not a 7"0 pure muscle guy), you simply aren't going to live as long as someone with good physical fitness and you're going to be sick more often.

Another reason it's so important is because of your family. Do you think your children are going to want to bury you? I'd hope not! But realize that for every pound overweight you are, your risk of dying magnifies drastically. I don't know about you, but I want to be alive as long as possible. It's a proven fact that the more overweight you are, the quicker you're going to leave this Earth. Medicine can help you push through it, but nothing in the world is going to keep you alive forever.

Think about this as well. If you're overweight, you're literally causing changes to your own genes inside you that is going to get passed down generation by generation. If you don't think your genes can change during your lifetime, think again, because science has proved that it can.
If you create bad genes during this lifetime, you're going to cause suffering for all your family members down the road. They're going to have a harder time losing weight than they would have had to if you kept in shape.
I bet that thought never crossed your mind, did it?
That's why I hate when people use the "I have bad genes" excuse. Maybe you do, but you can change them!
The importance of physical fitness goes well beyond just feeling better, looking better, etc. It affects how much money you make, how your future generations are going to be, and even how your family life is going to right now. World fitness is a very important factor in these days.
