Getting the most from your food.

Getting the most from your food.

    Hello all who show interest in the reality of knowing what you intake for the positive benefits on your life and not just because it taste good. Usually if it tastes good, it’s not good for you. That doesn't have to be all the time but one thing that should be all the time is the way you eat your food.

   The average individual who eat for the sake of eating, not because they’re hungry, but because it;
·         Looks good
·         Smells good
·         Tastes good
·         And it’s more than enough to go around.

My point is no matter what the case is you should chew your food well into small granules if possible, masticate your food well.

    Chewing your food well takes work off of your body in the digesting stages. Your body don’t have to work so hard to do this. How well you chew your food is important especially if your intake is from processed food with no digestive enzymes. These enzymes are found in fresh, organic produce in which they predigest the food before it get to your stomach. When the food isn't properly broken down it causes:

·         Tiredness, due to your body working at digesting your intake.
·         Cramps
·         Gas, we don’t want that, you may be in church.
·         Belching

   If the food is broken down well the nutrition that you get out will serve you well. Your body will reward you too.
