Oops! I never talked on L-glutamine.

    When I started on L-glutamine I was still using a cane 2 walk. I went 2 GNC at Randall Park Mall. (That was the spot 4 whatever u wanted.) I couldn’t wait 2 start taking them from what I read about this amino acid. It can b found n:

·         barley
·         cabbage
·         milk
·         raw parsley
·         cottage cheese
·         soy
·         peanuts
·         beef
·         corn
·         egg whites
·         pork
·         poultry
·         raw spinach
·         yogurt
While using this, my strength improved and I also gained more control over my muscle coordination. My balance improved some. Embarrassingly I  had a phobia 4 going down escalators. I’m a little better now, my balance is still off. Going up, no problem, it’s down my balance is weary. Other benefits of L-glutamine is:
