A mass
majority of individuals wake up every morning and:

wash
up.
·
Eat
breakfast
·
Go
to work
·
Eat
lunch
·
Come
home
·
Eat
dinner
·
Later
on consume misc…beer, pop, chips, etc…
·
Go
to sleep
And then back to the beginning. People seem to consistently find themselves on a tread
mill. Throughout the process we don’t pay attention to the quality of what we they put inside their bodies. If it taste good or make you feel good, usually it’s not good for
you.
All that we don’t
pay attention to could be hurting us, but it’s so slow a process that we won’t
acknowledge it until we fall sick. And also even when sick we tend to say
“That’s not the problem”, when deep inside our thoughts you know it’s at least
part of the problem if not all of it.
