Is fast food on the menu? Learn about digestive enzymes.
Still eating fast food? A lot of food today is:
· Processed
· Taste good but is not
· Lasts longer (preservatives)
· Looks fresh (food coloring and dyes)
The processing destroys the digestive enzymes n the foods To predigest before it hits the stomach. In these days you have to buy basically all of your nutrients separately at a health food store or online. The use of digestive enzymes added to your diet breaks down your food so that your body receives all the nutrients from your food. Over time you'll be glad you added enzymes to your daily activities. You'll feel the off switch turn to on as you receive rejuvenation throughout your body as it starts the healing process.
In other words like giving your car a tune up. This is the ingredient taken from a lot of foods through processing. Give your body a tune up, it deserves it.
In other words like giving your car a tune up. This is the ingredient taken from a lot of foods through processing. Give your body a tune up, it deserves it.
When your meal doesn't get fully broken down it stays in your body creating problems due to plaque build up such as,
- Stiffness
- Constipation
- Upset stomach
- Belching
- Gas
- Etc... But over time.
Junk food has no health benefits, may taste good but works against your well being. Fast food makes for a fast life. I’ll let this video from a doctor explain.

Is cholesterol a problem?
Cholesterol - The smoking gun of the last two decades.
Cholesterol and the fear that yours was too high were rarely talked about in the mid 1980s.
It's been responsible for demonizing entire categories of foods (like eggs and saturated fats) and blamed for just about every case of heart disease in the last 20 years.
Somewhere along the line cholesterol became a household word -- something that you must keep as low as possible, or suffer the consequences.
You are probably aware that there are many myths that portray cholesterol and fat as one of the worst foods you can eat. You need to understand that these myths are actually harming your health.
Not only is cholesterol most likely not going to destroy your health (as you have been led to believe), but it is also not the cause of heart disease.
And for those of you taking cholesterol-lowering drugs, the information that follows could not have been given to you fast enough. But before I go deep into this life-changing information, let's take a look at some basics first.
What is Cholesterol, and Why Do You Need It?
Yes, you do need cholesterol.
This soft, waxy substance is found not only in your bloodstream, but also in every cell in your body, where it helps to produce hormones , cell membranes, vitamin D and bile acids that help you to digest fat. Cholesterol also helps in the formation of your memories and is vital for neurological function.
Your liver makes about 75 percent of your body's cholesterol and according to conventional medicine, there are two types:
1. High-density lipoprotein, or HDL: This is the "good" cholesterol that helps to keep cholesterol away from your arteries and remove any excess from arterial plaque, which may help to prevent heart disease.
2. Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL: This "bad" cholesterol circulates in your blood and, according to conventional thinking, may build up in your arteries, forming plaque that makes your arteries narrow and less flexible (a condition called atherosclerosis). If a clot forms in one of these narrowed arteries leading to your heart or brain, a heart attack or stroke may result.
Also making up your total cholesterol count are:
· Triglycerides: Elevated levels of this dangerous fat have been linked to heart disease and diabetes. Triglyceride levels are known to rise from eating too many grains and sugars, being physically inactive, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol excessively and being overweight or obese.
· Lipoprotein is a substance that is made up of the LDL "bad cholesterol" part plus a protein at high levels are a very strong risk factor for heart disease. This has been well established, yet very few physicians check for it in their patients.
I just had to include some video concerning the fallacy on cholesterol.Monday, January 27, 2014
Are you on the lifestyle treadmill?
A mass
majority of individuals wake up every morning and:
·
wash
up.
·
Eat
breakfast
·
Go
to work
·
Eat
lunch
·
Come
home
·
Eat
dinner
·
Later
on consume misc…beer, pop, chips, etc…
·
Go
to sleep
And then back to the beginning. People seem to consistently find themselves on a tread
mill. Throughout the process we don’t pay attention to the quality of what we they put inside their bodies. If it taste good or make you feel good, usually it’s not good for
you.
All that we don’t
pay attention to could be hurting us, but it’s so slow a process that we won’t
acknowledge it until we fall sick. And also even when sick we tend to say
“That’s not the problem”, when deep inside our thoughts you know it’s at least
part of the problem if not all of it.

Top 10 Aerobics Exercises
Aerobic workout or exercises are also known for
their increase in endurance, and work to increase the functioning of the
cardiovascular system to pump oxygen throughout the body efficiently. Regular
aerobics increases the amount of oxygen that the cells in the body receive, strengthens
the heart to improve its ability to pump blood efficiently, creating muscle
tone, increasing red blood cells, and improving mental health concerns related
to stress and depression. Some additional benefits are lowering cholesterol,
lowering blood pressure, and weight loss. Chronic diseases such as heart
failure and diabetes are improved with regular exercise, under the watchful eye
of your physician.
Walking
If you're new to exercise or you are starting aerobic
activities when you're older in age, walking is a great way to burn calories
and begin the process to condition your heart to pump better.
Jogging
Indoors or outdoors, jogging is an excellent exercise that
provides individuals with a higher impact workout to burn more calories and
makes a difference in weight.
Jumping Rope
Compared to running and jogging, jumping rope actually
provides a better exercise because impact is absorbed in both feet at the same
time and 10 minutes of jumping rope is the equivalent of a one mile run.
Swimming
Swimming is an exercise that individuals of all ages can
take part in. If you are overweight, the water provides buoyancy to cushion
your joints from impact, while helping you to increase your heart rate, burn
calories and lose fat.
Outdoor/ Stationary Cycling
Burning fat and reducing the risk of heart disease, as well
as lowering blood pressure are some wonderful benefits to cycling. Many people
watch television or listen to music while cycling and find it quite relaxing.
Treadmill/ Elliptical Machines
This method of aerobic exercise combines jogging and walking
while allowing you to lower or increase your resistance. These can be high
intensity or low intensity to aid weight loss.
By incorporating dance steps and arm movements in your
routine, with or without weights, step aerobics can be the workout you've been
looking for. It's fun, helps you burn calories and is a great way to stay fit.
High Weight Reps
If you're interested in weight training, you will probably
be surprised to know that you can actually increase the aerobic impact by using
low weights and increasing your reps to get your heart pumping and calories
burning.
Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing is an excellent high impact work out
designed to help you lose weight, burn calories and learn and introduce you to
a type of martial arts.

Getting the most from your food.
Getting the most from your food.
Hello all who show interest in the reality of knowing what you intake for the positive benefits on your life and not just because it taste good. Usually if it tastes good, it’s not good for you. That doesn't have to be all the time but one thing that should be all the time is the way you eat your food.
The average individual who eat for the sake of eating, not because they’re hungry, but because it;
· Looks good
· Smells good
· Tastes good
· And it’s more than enough to go around.
My point is no matter what the case is you should chew your food well into small granules if possible, masticate your food well.
Chewing your food well takes work off of your body in the digesting stages. Your body don’t have to work so hard to do this. How well you chew your food is important especially if your intake is from processed food with no digestive enzymes. These enzymes are found in fresh, organic produce in which they predigest the food before it get to your stomach. When the food isn't properly broken down it causes:
· Tiredness, due to your body working at digesting your intake.
· Cramps
· Gas, we don’t want that, you may be in church.
· Belching
If the food is broken down well the nutrition that you get out will serve you well. Your body will reward you too.

Making the healthy choice, can you do it?
Lately I’ve been posting some links to other people information. Now here’s more coming from me. I wonder how come when we speak on:
· Cars
· Furniture
· Clothes
· Houses
· Etc…
The higher the price is for an item, the better the quality. You know this to be true, unless you’re getting scammed. Most people focus on the things that are material and make the outside of the body look good. We wash our car, change the oil, keep the seats and interior smelling good and clean. You clean your house, inside and out, etc…
Think, what about you on the inside? The being inside the flesh, the real you. Let’s see, most people:
· Eat low quality food 2 save money at the cost of their health.
· Drink juices with sugar that’s not good 4 u, but it tastes good.
· Partake of alcoholic beverages, makes u feel good (until u wake up with a hangover) but isn’t good 4 u.
· Drink tap water containing lead, mercury, chlorine, etc…
We as a people do more than this, it’s common.
To get your health on the right path u have 2 put things n your body that’s good 4 u, not because it taste good. Would u put the wrong grade of oil n your car? U know over time the car won’t last long. The same with your body is true.
We'll dig a little deeper on the next post, please comment or at least give me a high five if I got your attention, thank you, It's on, peace.
