Be actually active daily, physically working the body.
Find an action you like and get moving. Your heart is a muscle that needs actual wellness and fitness to remain balanced. A work out will also help you to sustain a good bodyweight. Ask your doctor about an appropriate exercise routine for you. It doesn't have to be complicated - it may be as simple as adding resistance, going up and down steps, or extending throughout your day.
