Getting the most from your food.

Getting the most from your food.
    Hello all who show interest n the reality of knowing what u intake 4 the positive benefits on your life and not just because it taste good. Usually if it tastes good, it’s not good 4 u. That doesn’t have 2 b all the time but 1 thing that should b all the time is the way u eat your food.

   The average individual who eat 4 the sake of eating, not because they’re hungry, but because it;
·         Looks good
·         Smells good
·         Tastes good
·         And it’s more than enough 2 go around.

My point is no matter what the case is u should chew your food well into small granules if possible, masticate your food well.
(I said masticate, which means to chew.)

    Chewing your food well takes work off of your body n the digesting stages. Your body don’t have 2 work so hard 2 do this. How well u chew your food is important especially if your intake is from processed food with no digestive enzymes. These enzymes is n fresh, organic produce n which they predigest the food b4 it get 2 your stomach. When the food isn’t properly broken down it causes:

·         Tiredness, due 2 your body working 2 digest your intake.
·         Cramps
·         Gas, we don’t want that, u may b n church.
·         BUURRRPPP!!!  Excuse me, yeah that 2.

If the food is broken down well the nutrition u get out will serve u well also your body will reward u 2, peace.The product below, EDTA slowly removes the plaque build up in your arteries.  For quality supplements that will help n achieving proper health when taken over time click below.
